CLEVER

Activating your sprinkler system is essential for keeping your greenery green come spring. 
Our activations not only involve turning on the system, but additionally include a diagnosis of:

-  the entire home system and all it's components
- heads
- drip lines
- backflow
- controllers
- valve boxes
This inspection includes checking for breaks, leaks, and ways to better optimize your system.

Pricing:
Start-up is $135 for between 1-3 zones, $150 for 4-8 zones.
Additional zones are $10 each.
Parts and installation if needed, are not included in price.

Sprinkler System Activation zipcode

One of our experienced techs will evaluate and/or diagnose your system to provide valuable insight on what needs repairing or optimizing in your system, and will explain these steps and processes to you accordingly. Whether it be a broken pipe, offset head, or an entire system renovation, Clever Irrigation will help you make the Clever choice.

$150 Service Call
Plus time and materials, determined upon in person walkthrough.

Sprinkler System Repairs and Tune-ups

Schedule a time for one of our certified and insured techs to come give you a quote for a system installation or renovation. The tech will look at your:
- yard(s) 
- landscaping
- water pressure
- how much land needs coverage
- any future plans for your lawn or landscaping
- and all your other specific needs,

To provide an itemized quote for you of any work that needs to be done to install the best system to your specifications, or renovate your system to perfection.

All quotes, estimates, and repairs come with a non-negotiable $150 service call fee.
All of our work comes with a 1-year warranty that covers parts and labor, should any issues arise.

System Installation/renovation

A sprinkler winterization/blowout before the first below-ground freeze is absolutely essential to preserving your system through the winter for a smooth activation come springtime. For 2026, the first major freeze in Castle Rock is forecasted for October 7th.
Pricing:
+ Winterization is $150 for up to eight zones.
+ Additional zones are $10 each

Sprinkler System Winterization

It's typically in the middle of the season when we see small issues arise in systems and lawns, especially as temperatures rise. These issues, like misaligned heads, lack of coverage, lawn brown spots, and more, can be easily identified and treated by a mid season check. 

Pricing: $150, not including parts and labor that bay be required on the job site.
